Anxiety Therapy in Ontario
Compassionate, effective support to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more in control.
Anxiety can show up quietly or all at once. You may notice racing thoughts, tension in your body, irritability, difficulty concentrating, disrupted sleep, or a constant sense that something is “off.” Many of the clients we support describe feeling fearful, worried and like their mind won’t stop thinking and slow down, no matter how hard they try.
At Natacha Pennycooke Psychotherapy & Consulting Services, our therapists help you understand what’s happening beneath the anxiety, build nervous-system steadiness, and develop tools that help you move through life with more ease and confidence.
What is Anxiety?
Anxiety is a natural response to stress. but when it becomes persistent, overwhelming, or interferes with daily functioning, it may be time to seek support. Anxiety can be triggered by work stress, past and current trauma, relationships, major life changes like separation, divorce, death, cultural or racial stressors, or long-standing patterns of fear and worry.
Our team takes an integrative, trauma-informed approach to understanding your full lived experience, not just fixing the surface level symptoms.
Clients often come to us when they notice:

Difficulty focusing or decision-making
Muscle tension, headaches, tight chest, or fatigue
