Therapy Services for Relationships, Grief, and Caregiving

Pre-Marital Therapy

The wedding lasts a day. The marriage is the journey. Our pre-marital therapy supports couples in building a strong, intentional foundation before they say “I do.” Together, you’ll explore values, boundaries, communication, and the kind of relationship you want to create long-term.

Family + Group Therapy

Being in relationship with others — especially family — isn’t always easy.
Family or group therapy helps you move through conflict, generational tension, and communication breakdowns with more clarity and care. This is a space where every voice matters, and healing happens together.

Looking to rekindle your connection or navigate tough conversations with more compassion?

Whether you're hoping to strengthen your romantic relationship, prepare for marriage, set healthier boundaries, or find support through grief or caregiving, therapy can help you find your footing — and your way forward.

Couples Therapy

Want to feel closer, heard, and more supported in your relationship?
Couples therapy is a space to learn healthy communication, explore your patterns, and deepen your emotional intimacy even in the hard moments. This work isn’t just for relationships in crisis; it’s for anyone who wants to grow together, not apart.

Grief Therapy

Grief isn’t linear and it can impact more than just you. Whether you’re mourning the loss of a loved one or navigating collective grief within your family or friend group, therapy provides space to feel it all without judgment. We offer sessions for individuals and small groups (2–4 people) who want to process grief in community.

Caregiver Support Therapy

Caring for someone else can stretch your heart and your limits. If you’re feeling burnt out, emotionally drained, or isolated in your caregiving role, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and find support in the weight you’re carrying. Because caring for others shouldn’t mean abandoning your own care.

Trauma comes in all different forms and situations:

Trauma isn’t defined only by major events. It’s often the cumulative impact of stress, identity-based harm, or life transitions. No matter how your story began, your reactions, your emotions, and your healing matter. Therapy provides a compassionate space to explore what you’ve been carrying and begin restoring a sense of safety and self-trust.

Racism, Harassment, or Oppression in the Workplace

When work becomes a source of harm, it can erode your confidence, energy, and sense of belonging. Therapy can help you process what you've experienced, rebuild your emotional footing, and reclaim your voice as you navigate next steps personally and professionally.

Difficult Childhood Experiences Impacting Adulthood

Early experiences shape how we relate, cope, and make sense of the world. If childhood wounds are resurfacing in your adult relationships, self-worth, or decision-making, therapy offers space to understand these patterns and begin healing in a grounded, compassionate way.

Navigating Intersecting Identities (Culture, Race, Religion)

Many people carry layered identities that shape how they move through the world. When these layers collide with expectations, pressures, or discrimination, it can feel overwhelming. Therapy can help you explore your identities with pride, clarity, and support without needing to explain or justify yourself.

Motherhood & Postpartum Challenges

Becoming a mother can bring joy, exhaustion, confusion, and unexpected emotional shifts. If you're navigating postpartum changes, identity transitions, or the pressure to “hold it all together,” therapy offers a non-judgmental space to reconnect with yourself and receive the support you deserve.

Fatherhood & Life as a New Parent

New fatherhood often comes with responsibilities, expectations, and quiet struggles that go unspoken. Therapy provides space to unpack the pressures, fears, and changes that come with this new role, and helps you build confidence and clarity as you navigate it.

Parenting Teens

Raising teens can stretch even the strongest relationships and coping skills. If communication feels tense or you’re unsure how to support your teen through their own emotional changes, therapy can help you find balance, strengthen connection, and navigate this stage with steadiness.

Exploring Sexual Orientation or Gender Identity

Your identity deserves to be held with care, openness, and affirmation. Therapy can support you as you explore questions, navigate self-acceptance, or process external pressures — all within a space where your whole self is welcomed and respected.

Creating Space for All Your Intersecting Identities

If you often feel like you must “split” yourself depending on the environment, you’re not alone. Therapy can help you build internal and external spaces where every part of who you are — your culture, history, roles, identity, beliefs, and lived experiences — can exist together without apology.
