Hear from Kunle

Meet the man holding the room.

Kunle Ifabiyi, MSW, RSW facilitates every session. Before you commit to anything, hear how he runs the group and what six weeks in it actually looks like.

For generations, men have been taught to stay silent, stay strong and carry on, even when the weight feels unbearable. And often at the cost of their emotional well being.

If you have ever felt the pressure to hold it all together while quietly struggling inside, you are not alone.

True strength is not about carrying the load alone, and it is not found in isolation. It is about having the courage to be honest, to connect, and to grow through honest conversations and shared experiences.

This 6 week psychoeducational group is designed exclusively for men 25 and over who are ready to explore their emotions, strengthen their sense of self, and build meaningful connections with other men walking a similar journey.

Before you decide

Your questions, answered

What happens during a typical session?

Each 90 minute session is led by Kunle and focuses on one theme, such as emotions, identity, connection or resilience. Expect a short piece of learning, then guided conversation with the other men in the group. You will leave each week with something practical to take with you.

How much participation is expected?

As much as feels right to you. No one is put on the spot, and there is no pressure to share more than you want to. Listening is part of the work too, and many men find they open up more as the weeks go on.

Do I need previous therapy or group experience?

No. The group is open to men 25 and over who are ready to explore their emotions and connect with other men. Whether this is your first step or you have done this kind of work before, you are welcome.

What if I need to miss a session?

Life happens. Let our team know as soon as you can. Each week builds on the last, so we encourage you to attend all six sessions if you are able to.

How are privacy and group agreements handled?

This is a closed group, so the same men are in the room each week, and sessions are held on a secure online platform. In the first session, the group agrees together on how we show up for each other, including keeping what is shared in the group private.

Who can I contact to discuss fit?

Contact our team with questions. We are happy to help you work out whether Stronger Together is the right fit for you.

Only 10 seats

Think of this as your first step toward a stronger, more connected you.

We intentionally keep the group small to ensure depth of connection, safety and meaningful support.

Disclaimer: This group is not a substitute for individual therapy. It is a psychoeducational group designed to hold space, build community and provide support for men as we explore identity, emotional resilience and connection.
